Every upload is measured with EBU R128 at ingest, so its loudness and true peak are known before a single listener presses play. Volume matching is applied as a fixed trim instead of a live compressor — nothing is squashed, and quiet mixes stay dynamic.
Tracks are encoded from your full-quality master into a ladder: 256 kbps AAC HiFi, 128 kbps AAC and 96 kbps Opus VBR at maximum compression effort. The player picks the best rung your plan allows, drops to a lighter one on a weak signal, and upgrades back mid-track when the connection recovers.
Professional listeners stream 256 kbps AAC HiFi. If a track’s HiFi rung is still being encoded, playback starts on the next best copy and switches over silently the moment HiFi is ready — no reload, no skip.
Song pages show the real numbers: measured LUFS, true peak and exactly which renditions exist, so you can see what you’re hearing rather than take our word for it.
